Terms and privacy

Walty is run by [Company name] Ltd, registered in [England and Wales], company no. [number], registered office [address]. Contact: waltyCard@proton.me.

Terms

Walty gives your business a loyalty card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, a counter scanning page and a dashboard. The free plan holds up to 100 cards and one push a month. The paid plan adds unlimited cards, up to 3 pushes a day and a custom card design, is billed monthly through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing; your card keeps working for scanning and points.

You are responsible for what you send to your customers and must not send anything unlawful, misleading or unrelated to your business. Apple and Google may deliver, delay or drop notifications at their discretion. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Walty is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Privacy

Business owners. We keep your email, business name, card settings and billing status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

Cardholders. Your customers give no name, email or phone number. We keep a random card number, points, scan times and, for Apple Wallet, the device token used to update the pass. We hold this data on your behalf and only to run your card. Deleting the pass stops updates.

Who processes data for us: Supabase (database and login), Railway (hosting), Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (wallet passes and notifications). If you connect your own AI assistant, it can read and act on your shop's data with the key you give it.

Cookies. We only use cookies needed to run the site: your login, the language you pick, on a shop's page the card already added from that browser, and a one-day cookie so a visitor turned away by a full card is counted once.

Newsletter. If you join, we keep your email and language only to send the newsletter, about once a month. To leave, email us and we delete it.

To see, correct or delete your data, email waltyCard@proton.me. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
